platform support

Please, can Somebody tell me, if the AMD Geode LX 800 processor is ubuntu supported (i mean, will ubuntu run on it)?, in fact i wish install it on a WebDT terminal model number 168. It came with 891MB RAM (included 24 for video) and 1.96GB for a Compact Flash card, 4 USB ports, 1 FastEth and the Geode processor. If it is possible, the installation process is straight forward? or maybe require a kernel compilation and related stuff?

Geode is a x86-compatible microprocessors. So there should be no problem running the i386 version.
