lost my aplications running windows in task bar

hii have lost my applications running windows in task bar anyone any ideas how i get them back please

Right-click the panel and choose add to panel. You can select window list or task list. I don't remember what it's called in english. You'll find it though. Just add everything you think might be it and you'll find it. :)

You can remove panel applets, like the menu line, notification area, tasklist, etc, by right-clicking them and choosing remove from panel.

great thanks i had seen this but didnt realise the windows list was what i wanted . this has solved my problem
