fr.archive.ubuntu.com no more support rsync ?

the french official repository fr.archive.ubuntu.com have moved to « bouyguestelecom.ubuntu.lafibre.info ». This mirror have a good bandwise but, today, didn't support rsync.

Is this support is planed ?

It's just impossible to found where to publish a so bizar bug, I hate that hook who put you on help page to explain you how to report a bug that noway concern your problem. I'm giving up. French people who don't brain while be without rsync. Not's my problem.
