lost mouse setting

Asked by Bob

I see we have lost speed control "sensitivity' on the mouse setting on 14.04.
I have found that I can change it to something I like better, with the terminal command "xset m 3/1 0"
but on reboot I lose the setting and have to change it every time :(

is there a way to keep the setting permanently, or is there something else like an application that will do the same job as the slider on the mouse setting, that use to be there.

Add the command to your startup items. It will run every time you login.

In the Dash, search for "start"....

Were you seriously just going to wait until I replied?
