Immediately after installation of 4.2.0-30 when my Lenovo T400 boots, immediately after login my cursor freezes on the desktop and I am locked out of the machine.

If I use the Advanced Boot Options menu and select 4.2.0-27 Generic, my machine boots normally and works just fine. I think I have introduced distribution maintenance into my machine that is causing this problem.

I thought surely some other Lenovo T400 user would report this and the fix would be shortly forthcoming, but it's been a week or so and I thought I should do the reporting myself.

I can help with any kind of dump or trace or parameter list if you will need it.
