Have WIN XP and ubuntu 8.04 installed. Both working GREAT! Can I also Install kubuntu on the same PC?

Yes, you can. Theoretically you can have as many operating systems as you like -- you're limited only by the space on disk and by the number of primary partitions (only 4 on one disk, but you can use logical partitions).

One addition. You don't need to install Kubuntu as a full and separate OS (though you can if you want). You can add all the Kubuntu packages to your Ubuntu install and then choose at login which you want. The only downside is that you end up with lots more apps in your menus and you will get the boot screen of one or the other. To add the kubuntu desktop option use

sudo aptitude install kubuntu-desktop
