Cannot DIsable TOuchpad At ASUS X450JB , Cant Turn On/Off Wifi Via FN+F2 Keys

Hi a days ago i just installed ubuntu 14 at my asus laptop .
and i got an issue like i cant disable touchpad ,
and wifi not working . ( solved , but the fn + f2 still not working)

thanks , i hope this issue could be resolved

Touchpad Disabled But Enabled Automatically When restart ,
i need a permanent solution ....
or make the fn + f2 keys worked .....
