ubuntu 15.10 is not starting up ..please help

 after this there is long list of commands then the last line is [ OK ]Started GNOME Display Manager.... and deal with any system changes.signature....ut down.
the whole screen is unresponsive.please help

Before that it was working properly.I installed some software like stellarium,chess nd idm 5.05.

The issue is because of your graphics/display driver incompatible with Ubuntu 15.10. I am facing the same issue and found several answers. Currently i am trying to install AMD Catalyst driver to see if it works.
