MY F4100 PRINTER KEEPS PRINTING PINK INSTEAD OF BLUE

I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY F4100 SERIES PRINTER/SCANNER. WHEN I PRINT ALL ITEMS THAT ARE BLUE PRINT OUT AS PINK. i'VE TRIED RE-ALIGNMENT AND CLEANING THE PRINTER HEADS TO NO AVAIL. HELP?

This happens when one of the ink containers is not working properly - sometimes they dry out.

Try printing with a new cartridge.

I've tried using new ink cartridges and this has not helped either

Have you tried to ask this question on the Hewlett-Packard site?

I do not think that it is an Ubuntu issue.
