Unable to access windows 7

Asked by Kalid

I recently partitioned my computer and added ubuntu through a USB. However, now that I have Ubuntu I am unable to access my Windows 7 OS. I restarted and tried booting in and even changed the BIOS settings but it only had Ubuntu as the available options. Can someone please help me recover my old OS and delete Ubuntu from my computer.

OK and the output of:

sudo fdisk -l

So far we can only see an 8Gb storage, probably USB based.

If your system only has a 250Gb drive then you have removed Windows and Ubuntu is the only system on the drive. This has wiped all previous files and data.

Is there anyway whatsoever that I can recover these files, ie paying a thrid party or the like?

Use your backups. You do make backups, right?

Can you help with this problem?
