Not able to connect bluetooth adapter in 15.10

Asked by Sharad

I have a Logitech Bluetooth adapter, I was able to connect through bluetooth in my laptop on 15.04 version.
After I have upgraded to 15.10 the connection happens to adapter but the option to choose the adapter in setting-sound-output is not shown. Please help otherwise I will have to go back to 15.04 or Windows.

15.04 is EOL and no longer supported in any way.

If you run:

sudo hcitool dev; lsb_release -a; uname -a

What is the output please?

Thanks

If you set a device to discoverable then run:

sudo hcitool scan

Do you find devices?
