Cannot use utube on amd64 edgy

Alan Pope, how to get edgy64 to work with youTube, always says player out 0f date,

may contain nuts............only weak people will die

Alan, had a god read and it seems a complicated way to achieve what should be a simple task. Would 32 bit Firefox not be able to pull in what it needs ? Would of thought the plugins would come ' as standard' ,

Hi, if you install 32 bit Firefox your problem should be solved as you will be able to download version 9 (beta) a the flash player from the edgy backports. I don't believe there is any 64 bit version of flash, you may be using gnash and getting an error message.
