acpi non va su olidata tehom

salve mi sono fatto già vivo nel forum di ubuntu italiano ma non sono riuscito a venirne a capo...
non riuscivo a fare partire la live sul mio portatile olidata tehom hm 1707 a meno di mettere le opzioni noapic nolapic e acpi=off.
alla fine, dato che non mi intendo di ricompilazione di kernel ho installato da windows l'ultima versione di wubi, disabilitando acpi,
ed è partita pur senza avere la possibilità di controllare stato batteria e processore... volevo sapere se era possibile riabilitare questi moduli, e se qualcuno magari ha una tabella dsdt già pronta allo scopo. di seguito elenco ciò che mi restituisce il comando lspci, sperando sia utile:
