missing repositories/unmet dependencies ubuntu 14.04

Asked by Taloola

Hello,
I've made the mistake of having my boot in a seperate partition and above this made my ubuntu encrypted.
Just recently I erased old repositories via a command that was adviced here
http://askubuntu.com/questions/171209/my-boot-partition-hit-100-and-now-i-cant-upgrade-cant-remove-old-kernels-to
i followed the advice from answer 57 and erased old kernels but the last two.
I managed to update the computer few times since, but recently received an error notice, therefore cannot update my ubuntu 14.04-the error notice says there are some dependencies/repositories missing.
Here's the outcome also from trying to update via the terminal:
amayzingdakini@amayzingdakini-HP-ProBook-430-G1:~$ sudo apt-get update

Dont really sure I understand what should I do with these commands:
Should i put them one after the other in the terminal? (one by one)

one question- if i ran out of space again and this error appears again, should i simply repeat the commands u wrote me?

Is there another solution to this situation (boot in a separate partition + encryption) ? or should i just erase old kernels from time to time?

Thanks again!

Reducing unused kernels using apt-get or software centre will help free space issues.
