Hi Josef! The terminal app should be in the store [1]. I see it on my device running rc-proposed which is newer than the OTA-8 update the stable channel has.

If you still can not find it, perhaps you could try to load this URL in the browser app on your device [2] which searches the app store for "Terminal". It is the second option down for me.
