Checking drives for errors on booting

Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

Since the last Ubuntu update having problem with “Check drives for errors” on booting.
Run “Disk Utility SMART DATA” result was Disk healthy, check with badblocks the rusult 0.
Can you please explain what should I do.

Boot to live CD / USB and you can then run an fsck on the Linux partitions.
