what can i use to capture an audio sample from an online video

hi there

 i love working with audacity and i recently found a site called watch-movies.net

were i wanted to capture some audio for a sound

sample in audacity.

## note i have tried the sound recorder without luck but i may not have it interfaced properly

 does anyone know what programs or software can be an option.

i am currently using hardy heron not that it would make much difference i imagine

I strongly suggest you to use qarecord

qarecord - A simple multithreaded stereo recording tool
