Move Firefox & Chrome setting to new PC

Please could anyone tell me how to copy my setting on Firefox & Chrome on my old Dell PC running Ubuntu 10.04 to my New PC running Window7 Pro and soon also dual boot with Ubuntu 15.10 64bit

Firefox settings are stored in (and below)
~/.mozilla/firefox

and chrome in (and below)
~/.config/google-chrome

Thank you Manfred, So do I just copy the details from ~/.mozilla/firefox & ~/.config/google-chrome to my new PC config file?

~/.mozilla/firefox & ~/.config/google-

Those aren't files but directories, and they are hidden (because the file name starts with a dot).
Press ctrl-h in nautilus, and you should see them.
