update manager not downloading update

When running update manager I get : W: Failed to fetch http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/m/mysql-dfsg-5.0/mysql-common_5.0.45-1ubuntu3.3_all.deb
  Could not connect to localhost:4001 (127.0.0.1). - connect (111 Connection refused)

Hello Ivan,

Have tou TOR or anon-proxy installed?
You might need to remove it.
