upDated exsisting Windows 10 on dual boot machine now no boot

Recently updated existing Windows 10 on dual booted computer with 15.04.
Now I can only get the prompt: grub rescue>.
How do I get back to the grub menu...?

Boot to the Live CD / USB desktop and chroot into the installed OS. You can then reinstate GRUB and the dual boot should be OK. OmgUbuntu has a guide called "sticking it to GRUB"
