Hardware Requirement for 100 user

Hello, i am creating VDI server with Ubuntu Server and want to know what hardware resources i need for 10- to -100 users with optimal performance.
Can you guys please tell me if these are too much from the list, correct me. Thanks

purpose:
Total 3, with 2x6C, 96 GB, 8xGB, server (hosts)
Total 1, with 12 x 600GB 15K rpmSAS, (data storage)
Total 2, 48 x 1 Gb,VLAN, iSCSI (switchboard)
Of course thin clients and one license.
