Hardy: Evolution no new mail notification sound option

In Hardy in Evolution one cannot set a new mail notification sound anymore, while in Gutsy this was possible. Is this by design or is this a bug?

If it is by design: how do I make a sound file play when I have new mail?

If you go in Evolution (version 2.22.0) to Edit > Plugins > Mail notification and then select the configuration tab there should be a dropdown box where you can select an audio file.
