Canon Lasershot LBP2900 CAPT

Asked by Moloch

I have tried to install my Canon Lasershot LBP2900 in ubuntu 7.10.

It seems that the printer is recognized, but it simply don't print.
I have installed the debian package from the canon site... nothing.
And then i also followed a tutorial on ubuntuforums, line by line, but the result was the same.

Can someone help me, please?

I have the same problem with my Canon LBP2900, and I use Ubuntu 7.10 to. I've done the "sudo aa-complain cupsd" thing in the terminal but it still doesn't work.
