signal with tv not working

before ubuntu update it stopped working and the additional motinor had changed size but right tv name but wrong size value, the program makes 4 changes with keybutton even darkens laptop screen in 1 state, the signal with the tv appears to be the problem. thanks for your support (hope it's not the hardware)

I expected to stablish a link between tv and pc

the external tv does not receive signal at all.
