Failed to create a swap space

Ubuntu runs ok from disc but when I try to install an error messaage says........he creation of swap space in partition #5 of scsi1 (0.0.0)(sda)failed

are you doing a manual install?

you may have a system in that slo0t

usually 1 & 5 are loaded

try using your disk defrag in system tools a couple times

and then choose the first option on partitioning on the live cd

the live cd should auto detect your system settings
