forgot my password after installing ubuntu 15.04

i had a new HP, freeDOS,intall ubuntu 15.04
restart my computer, try to login, but incorrect password, forgot my password..
trying to reset it, but can't access to grub, recovery mode, try "shift" but no result, try to boot again on usb but no chance
any help plz?

As soon as you press the power button to boot the system, hold SHIFT. You can then select recovery console.
