Can not enter my password when login in Voyager 14.04 the login menu freeze

When I reboot voyager 14.04 it goes to login menu when I have to entered my password . I can not type any letter. It freeze and I have to shutdown the system and reboot to the recovery session . when I choose boot normally the login will work again
No idea how to fix this issue.

What is voyager 14.04? It appears to be another 'Ubuntu based' distributions. Is that correct?

Then it's not supported here or by the Ubuntu community. I suggest you post on the Voyager forum for help.

None of the 'Ubuntu based' distributions are supported by the Ubuntu community.
