CJK interface fonts

Asked by ShowerYing

Hi,
Are there any chances officially replacing that CJK interface fonts with Source Han Sans (http://blog.typekit.com/2014/07/15/introducing-source-han-sans/)? Which is open sourced, free, and well-designed pan-JDK fonts. Also have 7 font-weights. It can help improving the UX on the CJK interface. It works really great on Chrome OS and OS X.
Excuse my bad English.
Thanks.

Hello,

this is a packaging/updating request as I can understand.
We cannot answer if this will happen or not, but we can point you out to the right direction on how you can get an official answer from the developers.

Please read in following link on how you can request a package new/change/update.

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment/NewPackages

In short, you should file a bug for this request.

Regards
NickTh

P.S. Don't forget to mark the question as [SOLVED], when done.
