Bug in network settings on Ubuntu Touch

Where should it be reported? URL please.

(Specifically, switching flight mode on and then off will enable Bluetooth even when it was previously disabled.)

ubuntu-bug network-manager

It will start the process for you.

Process quickly aborts with:

"*** Problem in network-manager This problem cannot be reported: This is not an official Ubuntu package. Please remove any third party package and try again."
