download linux book rute how do i do this

hi someone kindly pointed me to the rute book for linux commands at web address
http://rute.2038bug.com/index.html.gz can anyone tell me how i download a copy , i tried clicking on the pdf download and this takes me to another web page that doest seem to be at all related , the html download does seem to do something but i dont know what i am supposed to do can anyone help please.
