bonding 2 or more nics in 1 load balanced connection

I'm reading this article: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuBonding

I have 3 questions before I implement this on my machine:

   I have 2 networks(router) using DHCP connection, Do the article above is applicable for LAN + WIFI ?

   After the bonding is done, Is it still possible to SSH a machine connected on 1 of these networks?

   What is the best bond mode if I want all my internet traffic distribute evenly 2 my 2 interfaces?

I'm using Ubuntu 12.04
