i have installed some programs in my another ubuntu - 7.04 and then now i can not login to it.
it says "gdm server cannot write to your folder, not enough disk space or has not privilegies to write".

Maybe you still don't have enough space...

Use command 'df -h' to see disk space. Also make you sure you write privilegies to disk.

Can you help with this problem?
