cant get old user password off done everything

again i have written all commands used every option cant get into anything cant download nothing even with flas drive tried everything im just wanting to ovverite my machine back to windows 7 professional such easir this stystem is a no go you cant do anything with it fed up.

If you want to install Windows 7 and remove Ubuntu, you don't need Ubuntu support. The Windows installer will overwrite the OS for you.
