How do I clear the flash I used to install ubuntu from??

Asked by mirza

Hi guys. I installed ubuntu a while ago, first time linux user. I did it by writing it on my flash card. Now that I've used the flash card it doesn't allow me do anything else with it. When I connect it to the PC IT SHOWS ONLY FEW mg free space left instead of 32GB. This might be a simple problem but I have no idea how to solve it, can anyone help pls, thank you all beforehand))

To clarify, you have used a flash drive to install Ubuntu and now you would like to use it for casual data?

Is this correct?

Thanks

If you use gparted, you can remove the partitioning from the device and then recreate a new Ext2 / 4 / whatever you like partition. If you intend to use the stick in Windows as well then I suggest you wipe the partitions and make a new ntfs partition under Windows.

Can you help with this problem?
