creating subdirectories

i am new to ubuntu , and i will really appreciate some answers

how can i Create subdirectories in my home directory to store various files, for instance a directory music to keep audio files, a directory documents for my notes, and so on. And use them!

Just easy open Nautilus (Places→Home folder), acces a folder and here right click → Create Folder.
