Upgrading from Ubuntu 14.10 to 15.04 Sector 32 used by program FlexNet

During the upgrading via CLI received the warning:

Installing for i386-pc platform.
grub-install: warning: Sector 32 is already in use by the program `FlexNet'; avoiding it. This software may cause boot or other problems in future. Please ask its authors not to store data in the boot track.

This is just a warning and should not prevent the upgrade from completing or interfere with Ubuntu at all. Do you have problems with it?

As far as I know, running boot-repair can remove the traces of FlexNet from sector 32.

Can you help with this problem?
