libsdl-dev files are broken in 32-bit

im noticed when im trying to install libsdl1.2-dev or libsdl2*-dev files in my Ubuntu utopic 32-bit machine. All files are broken. Only normal library´s (libsdl and etc.) working in normal. Why launchpad site has not report broken packages button or page?

Utopic is EOL and not supported in any way. I suggest you upgrade to Vivid for continuing support.
