Network connection Ubuntu 15.04

Hi

Kindly assist with connection and browsing on the internet either through wireless or Ethernet.

After an upgrade through software and upgrade. I switched off my laptop and restarted I cannot browser the net through wireless or Ethernet.

Which browser?
What make and model laptop?
What version of Ubuntu?
What wireless chip are you using?

How can anyone possibly reply with so little detail? We cannot see your system so we cannot reply?

Imagine somebody posted this in a Windows forum, how would you reply?

Yes you're right. Got so confuse.
I deleted the network in network and connection I can now Brow's the net. Through Ethernet connection. Am updating at the moment once I finished would try wireless if it would Brow's too

If you dont get a connection, please provide the output of:

sudo lshw -C network; lsb_release -a; uname -a; sudo rfkill list; sudo dmidecode -t 1
