looking for sync setting

Somewhere the is a setting I just can't find. I have two computers there synced up, bookmarks and such. I'm looking for the setting to stop the sync for the "stylish setting" sometimes I have to turn it off when viewing some pages and when I do, it turns it off on the other computer. Can someone tell me where the setting is to change that, so when I do turn the stylish off & on, it will not turn off & on, on the 2ed computer.
