Ubuntu is booting very slowly

Takes 4 minutes for Ubuntu to boot even with 4 GB RAM and Intel core i5 fifth generation. Please help. Earlier it was booting OK but I installed Fedora alongside and since then Ubuntu boots very slowly. What should I do?

If you run:

dmesg | less

look for large gaps in the time on the left (This is the time in seconds since the kernel came online).

This will give clues.
