wine not run in ubuntu 14.10 & ubuntu 15.04

I use ubuntu from ver 10 to 14.04, I have some application that run on wine very good. But when I installed a new ubuntu 15.04, I also installed wine then my application not working, please guide me...

Did you reinstall the application from fresh?
