Linksys Wireless connection adaptor WUSB54G with Ubuntu

I have recently installed Ubuntu. I have a linksys model WUSB54G, and using windows XP with it. The signel picks up, but once i try to connect, it fails. I have tried to disable the password from the router, connect, then put the password on again while connected, but that failed. I have gotten this idea from the Summary: how do i connect my linksys model WUSB54G version 4 wireless to my ubuntu linux, posted by the uss. So what can i do to solve this problem??
