After an update i realize that in nautilus recent tab is missing. kindly assist with how to reinstall nautilus in Ubuntu 15.04

If you make a fresh Ubuntu user, is it present there if you log in as the new user?

Do you have the setting to record recent history turned on? Open the Settings app, go to Security and Privacy, click the Files and Applications tab. Make sure it says ON next to Record file and application usage and the checkboxes to the left are checked.
