not receiving opinion world.com surveys

I used to get regular paid surveys from OpinionWorld.com.
Lately perhaps the last 2 weeks i havn't been receiving them.
OpinionWorld says its to do wth my firewall preventing me from receiving them.
I don't really understand the problem/problems.

Yes, I get e-mails from other sites,re surveys & i receive those no probs.

Then your firewall is fine. Emails use the same port and traffic is flowing on that port. The guy you spoke to doesn't know what they are talking about.

If you have a spam filter then add the sender address to the whitelist senders list so that the emails deliver OK.

Hi,It was the people at opinion world who told me about the firewall.

I don't understand about adding the senders address to the whitelist senders list.
