You can boot to Ubuntu liveCD and chroot to the installed OS.

You can then install Grub to the system. OmgUbuntu has a guide called "sticking it to grub" which may help. You may need a non-raid based /boot partition which will allow the OS to boot. Even a USB stick will do for this.

I have two hard disks each 1 TB. I have 4 partitions :

1) /boot
2) swap
3) /
4) /home

I also have configured Raid 1 while doing partitions.

In this case how could I do this as i don;t have non-raid partition?
