How can I boot Ubuntu as only OS on new computer?

I am more confused on the aspects of how to organize the BIOS and everything to do within it to load Ubuntu as OS for my newly built computer with no OS.

Just install and set the BIOS to boot USB then the internal storage. Disable secure boot if you have it.
