How to print pages from a free Preview online text book

I would appreciate your kind help on how to print some pages from a free Preview online text book for a course of my computer studies , please. There is no print option offered at the web page. Could you please help with how to print this study material from the command line, please?

Maybe it is on purpose that the free preview cannot be printed?

You could try to create snapshots of the screen and print these (e.g. with shutter).
