sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/getdeb.list.bck

Or change the name of this file :
sudo cp /etc/apt/sources.list.d/getdeb.list.bck sudo cp /etc/apt/sources.list.d/getdeb.list
After check if the file have :
deb http://archive.getdeb.net/ubuntu trusty-getdeb apps (trusty if you have Ubuntu 14.04)

1. Linux mint is not supported on the launchpad.net/ubuntu support pages, but has its own support area on http://forums.linuxmint.com/

2. Just execute the command
sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/getdeb.list.bck
and the warning message should no more be shown.
