15.04: No shutdown after openssh-server install

Have two ubuntu-mate 15.04 laptops here, one i386 and amd64 on the other. For remote maintenance i installed the openssh-server on both, since this day both won't shutdown and hang in the mate-logo with running dots forever. Who got this bug too and is a workaround known?

Reverted the computers to 14.04 LTS, this solved the bug and produce a clear shutdown with installed openssh-server.
