Backup and Restore email (Virtual box)

Hello,

I need to backup all Messages and Addresses within Microsoft Outlook Express on one and restore both the messages and Address to another(ubuntu). Does anyone have the step-by-steps instructions?

Please try Outlook Express Backup Toolbox. Tool for backup and restore Outlook Express data: messages, news, acoount settings, rules, statements, signatures and so on.
